Enjoy free delivery anywhere in the UK Mainland! Spend £100 or more on your order and we'll take care of domestic shipping costs. For customers in Scotland, ROI or other remote areas, a surcharge may apply. For your convenience, please reach out before ordering so that we can provide you with an accurate shipping quote. We look forward to hearing from you!

Delivery times are between 5 - 7 working days, except for any public holidays.

Returns Policy

Open and check your goods within 24 hours of receiving them and inform us of any damage immediately. We will arrange for the damaged goods to be collected and for replacements to be delivered, or refunded, whichever you prefer.

Please get in touch via our Contact Us page or email info@littlebigsleep.com before initiating any return. Returns may be directed to different addresses depending on the product supplier. Our business correspondence address is Unit 154443, PO Box 7169, Poole, BH15 9EL.

If you are unhappy with your goods, you have the right to cancel your contract. You have 14 days to return your order, starting from the day you physically receive your product. Please get in touch via our Contact Us page, and we will arrange for your goods to be collected. We cannot accept the return of any items after this period.

All items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their full original clean packaging, which must not be marked or written on.

We can’t offer refunds or exchanges on the following items unless they are faulty or not as described:

  • Bespoke and made-to-order products, such as furniture (Unless damaged upon arrival)
  • Items where any assembly process has been started, especially applies to furniture.
  • Mattresses, mattress toppers, duvets, pillows or bedding unless unopened and unused and in their original packaging.
  • Where a product has been specially ordered for you, unless faulty, we’re unable to refund or offer an exchange. We’ll make this clear when you place an order.

What happens if I have a faulty item or I am missing a part?

If your item arrives with missing parts, we’ll send out replacements as quickly as possible. In cases of significant damage, we’ll replace the entire product for you.

To report an issue, please email us at info@littlebigsleep.com with:

  • A brief description of the problem
  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Part numbers (if applicable)

Some of our products are made in Europe, and occasionally replacement parts can take a little longer to arrive. We'll do our best to speed things up and will keep you updated along the way.

If your goods were delivered by courier, please Contact Us and we will endeavor to pick up your goods using the same courier the next working day. If your goods have been delivered by our Kidz Avenue Delivery Team we will arrange a time for you.

Alternatively, You may make other return arrangements at your own cost; however, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred in these circumstances.

Once your items have been received and checked, we will process your refund within 3 working days.
